I accept returns and exchanges on NON customised items only.
Do not return anything until discussing with me first.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations on customised items
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items with spelling mistakes if you have approved them
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Postage will not be refunded.
Custom Items are dispatched within 7 working days of your order.
Other non custom items are sent within 3 working days of your order.
All items are sent 2nd class via Royal Mail unless you upgrade to 1st class at checkout.
Custom items are sent tracked.
